WLMD Feedback

Welcome to the WLMD official feedback forum. Do you have an idea? Is there a particular piece of evidence you’d like reviewed? We’d love to to hear from you!

I suggest you ...

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".
(thinking…)

Enter your idea and we'll search to see if someone has already suggested it.

If a similar idea already exists, you can support and comment on it.

If it doesn't exist, you can post your idea so others can support it.

Enter your idea and we'll search to see if someone has already suggested it.

      • The images on your Nephila plumipes page are badly misidentified.

I don't know anything about this site but found the images labeled "Nephila plumipes" on google, but both pictures show members of the genus Eriophora in the family Araneidae. Some pictures of the family including several Eriophora here: http://ednieuw.home.xs4all.nl/australian/araneidae/araneidae.html

Nephila plumipes is in a different family, Nephilidae, and looks extremely different, see here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nephila_plumipes

You say you cannot see a clear head, and at first I didn't.. but after looking closely, from an artist and photographer's viewpoint, it is apparent. I have outlined it : http://img269.imageshack.us/img269/2521/kangaroostanceoutlined.jpg

I have spent considerable time analysing it and making comparisons with illustrations of thylacine prints, and photos of wombat tracks. I have also received an expert opinion on the print. I plan to put together a comprehensive description of how the print was found, what was observed, and what my conclusions are, sometime in the near future. Thanks for asking!

There is pretty good evidence that some sort of large cat is living in the Blue Mountains, west of Sydney, at least. There is also pretty good evidence that feral domestic cats have bred to very large sizes – in some cases as large as you would expect a panther to be.

                      • publish Klaus Emmerichs' photos

You have 10 pages or more analysing Klaus Emmerichs' photos. Can't you publish the images or go back and do a new summary?

You have a short page about Kevin Cameron's Tasmanian tiger photos from Western Australia in 1985. How about a more detailed analysis?

                          • do an analysis on the Charleville lion video

You have a short page about the "Charleville lion" - which could be a thylacine. How about a more detailed analysis?
